Mr Amiri brings substantial expertise in corporate strategy and enhancing share holder value, based on his impressive track record. A graduate of Harvard Business School, he gained experience of corporate finance in New York before heading Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton., where he completed transactions and fundraising with a value in excess of £1 billion. He is on the board of 12 companies.
