Pharmidex will be attending the upcoming SMR meeting "The Importance of Biopharmaceutical Properties in Successful Drug Discovery". The meeting will take place on Thursday 6th December at the National Heart & Lung Institute (NHLI) with details of speakers to be confirmed nearer the time.

Pharmidex is pleased to announce its attendance at this years PLG Workshops, Annual General Meeting & Awards Night Dinner and a member of the Business Development Support team as the recipient of the this year's Dawson Scholarship.

The Dawson Scholarship was created in the year 2000 to encourage young professionals to join the profession of licensing and business development in the pharmaceutical industry and as the recipient of this years award Dean Palmer was asked to say a few words highlighting its benefits.

The Scholarship is awarded annually and will be given to a person who currently works either in industry, academia or technology transfer in a licensing and business development role within the healthcare arena consists of free participation in either the PLG Introductory Course or a single module of the MSc Course.

The dinner took place at Ironmongers’ Hall, situated just off London Wall and two awards were presented: the AstraZeneca Business Development Executive of the Year and PLG Best Business Development Newcomer of the Year.

Pharmidex will be attending the upcoming SMR meeting "Alzheimer's Disease - are we winning or losing?" in Belgium on Friday 16th March 2012. The event will take place at the Living Tomorrow Conference Centre, Brussels and details can be found here.

Pharmidex will be attending this year's Genesis Conference. Genesis in London's premier Life Science and Healthcare networking conference organised by One Nucleus.
